Prepared for Juliette by Hassan Maqsood. 4 November 2026.
This sheet sets out what each of the 11 superpowers from our call will do, what it will not do, and what we need from you. The numbers match our recap, and it follows our agreement of 19 October. Please choose 10 and send them to us in order of priority.
Ground rules for every superpower
- Nothing goes out without your approval. Rumi drafts, and you approve every message, e-mail, post and reply before it is sent. Automatic replies can be added later, only if you ask.
- Rumi lives on your Asus PC. It works while the Asus is on, and you can reach it from your phone during that time. When the Asus is off, Rumi pauses and catches up later.
- Your own Claude subscription. Rumi runs on it. Claude plans have usage limits, so on a very heavy day Rumi may wait until the limit resets.
- No patient information. As you asked, no patient names or health details go into Rumi, and your office number is not connected.
- Your accounts, your costs. Every account is in your name and you sign in yourself. Plans, credits and subscriptions are paid by you directly.
- No professional advice. Rumi organises, researches and drafts. It gives no tax, financial, legal or medical advice.
- Platforms set the limits. Each connection works as far as the platform allows. Where it says "we confirm during setup", we tell you what is possible before we build, and you can keep a simpler form or swap it.
- One platform, one superpower. Similar abilities on the same platform are combined into one.
1. Bookkeeping
Ready: working by 9 or 10 November, so you can share it with your CPA by 12 or 13 November.
What it does
- Reads your monthly bank statements (PDF is best, screenshots also work) and the receipt photos you send from your phone with a short note, such as "business expense, wellness retreat".
- Sorts each transaction into your categories, and as business or personal by your rules, for example "this account is business".
- Spots recurring payments, and remembers which payee goes in which category.
- Looks up references you do not recognise, and asks you about anything it cannot work out.
- Gives you a summary by category and an export for your CPA: a spreadsheet plus the receipt images.
- After your CPA has the export, deletes the statements and figures when you say so, keeping only what it learned (payees and categories).
What it does not do
- No live bank connection. Rumi never logs in to your bank or to apps such as Rocket Money.
- It never pays, transfers or moves money.
- No tax or financial advice, and no tax filing. Your CPA checks the figures.
What you need to provide
- 50 to 70 sample transactions (statement PDFs, receipt photos, screenshots) for our review call. We tune Rumi on them, so sooner is better.
- Which accounts are business and which are personal, and any categories your CPA already uses.
2. WhatsApp (your own chats)
Ready: in your order of priority.
What it does
- Reads your incoming messages, including photos, documents and voice notes, which it transcribes.
- Turns your chats into a task list: who wrote, what they need and what is waiting on you.
- Drafts replies in your voice for you to approve, or tells you which chats to answer yourself.
- Notices when you reply yourself, including by voice note, and updates your tasks.
What it does not do
- It sends nothing without your approval.
- Approved replies go as text or as an audio file. WhatsApp does not let assistants send a regular voice note.
- No new number for Rumi, and your office number is not connected.
What you need to provide
- Your phone for a one-time link (scanning a code, like WhatsApp on a computer), and any chats Rumi should leave alone.
3. Google (Gmail and calendar)
Ready: in your order of priority.
What it does
- Reads every Gmail account you connect and brings what matters into your morning brief and task list.
- Drafts e-mail replies in your voice for you to approve.
- When you accept an invitation in any connected Gmail, adds it to the calendar you choose, such as a personal calendar you do not share.
- Tells you what is coming up and when you are free, and adds events you ask for in plain words.
What it does not do
- It does not send e-mails, or send or answer invitations, without your approval.
- It does not delete e-mails or events unless you ask.
- Text messages are not part of this. You can forward an invitation that came by text to Rumi.
What you need to provide
- Your sign-in for each Gmail. Google asks you to sign in again about once a month.
- Which calendar new events go to. This works with Google Calendar, not an Excel sheet.
4. Slack
Ready: in your order of priority.
What it does
- Reads the channels and direct messages your Slack account can see.
- Summarises them and picks out tasks and questions waiting on you, in your morning brief too.
- Drafts replies in your voice, and posts each one only after you approve it.
What it does not do
- It sees only what your own Slack account can see.
- It does not add or remove people, or change channels or settings.
What you need to provide
- Your Slack login during setup, and your workspace admin's OK if Slack asks for one.
5. TikTok (Shop and channel summaries)
Ready: in your order of priority.
What it does
- Channel summaries: give Rumi a username or video links. It goes through the public videos, writes down the tips (for example travel, hotels and locations) and saves a summary for you to keep or discard.
- Keeps a list of your TikTok Shop affiliate products and links, and drafts captions, scripts and post ideas for them.
- Reads your Shop results when you share a report or screenshot, and tells you what sells.
- A direct connection to your TikTok Shop needs TikTok's approval. We confirm during setup what TikTok allows for your account.
What it does not do
- Posting to TikTok for you is not promised: TikTok allows it only for approved apps. Rumi prepares the video and caption, and you post them.
- It does not read or answer your messages or comments, or like and follow for you.
- Private videos, and videos TikTok blocks from download, cannot be summarised.
What you need to provide
- The usernames or links to summarise, and your TikTok and TikTok Shop accounts in your name.
6. Instagram (summaries, stories and reels)
Ready: in your order of priority.
What it does
- Summaries: send a post or reel link, or an account name, and Rumi saves the useful points for you to keep or discard.
- Stories and reels: send photos and clips from your phone, and Rumi turns them into story and reel drafts in your style, with captions.
- Posts an approved story or reel for you, if Instagram allows it for your account (we confirm during setup). If not, you get the finished file and caption to post yourself.
What it does not do
- Nothing is posted without your approval.
- It does not read or answer your messages or comments, or like and follow for you.
- Music from Instagram's library is added by you in the app. Private accounts cannot be summarised.
What you need to provide
- Your Instagram login during setup. Posting for you needs a professional (business or creator) account.
- Your photos and clips, and the look you like, such as your website's style.
7. Video creation (Higgsfield and your cloned voice)
Ready: in your order of priority.
What it does
- Ask for a video in plain words. Rumi writes the script and scene prompts, starts the video on Higgsfield and adds your cloned voice.
- When a video needs several clips, it times, edits and joins them into one finished video.
- Your voice: we set up the clone that sounds most like you, on Higgsfield or made on your Asus if it is powerful enough.
- Asks you before it uses your credits. Where Higgsfield allows no direct connection for a step, Rumi gives you the script and prompts to paste in.
What it does not do
- It does not buy plans or credits. Posting is done by you, or by the Instagram superpower after your approval.
- It uses only voices you have the right to use, such as your own.
- Every video needs your review before use, especially exercise and pose videos.
What you need to provide
- A Higgsfield account in your name with a plan and credits. Anything set up for you under another e-mail, we move to yours.
- A few clean recordings of your voice.
8. Medical AI (your physician account and articles)
Ready: in your order of priority, once we confirm the platform.
What it does
- Connects to the medical AI you use with your physician account, if the platform allows it. We confirm during setup, once we know its name.
- You ask a research question in plain words. Rumi asks your medical AI and brings back the answer with its sources.
- Summarises the full-text articles you have access to, and keeps them in a research library by topic.
- If there is no connection, you run the search there and share the result, and Rumi summarises and files it.
What it does not do
- No patient names or health details are sent to it.
- It gives no medical advice and does not replace your clinical judgment.
- It never shares your login, and uses the platform only as its terms allow.
What you need to provide
- The platform's name, and your own login (you sign in yourself).
9. Design (Canva style documents and stickers from your art)
Ready: in your order of priority.
What it does
- Creates documents from plain words: flyers, program sheets, handouts, presentations and social posts.
- Uses your brand look, such as the muted, Persian style of your website, and changes files when you ask.
- Turns photos or scans of your art into sticker designs with clean cut-out edges, ready for a print shop.
What it does not do
- It makes the files itself (PDF or image). It does not edit inside your Canva account.
- It does not print or order stickers, or set up a shop to sell your art.
- It uses your own art and brand, and does not check trademarks or copyright.
What you need to provide
- Your logo, colours and fonts if you have them, photos or scans of your art, and the print shop's sticker size.
10. Alexa reminders for your affirmations
Ready: we check the Alexa route first and tell you the result before we build.
What it does
- Keeps your list of affirmations. You add, change or remove them by asking.
- Reminds you to say them at the times you choose, and reads them to you as audio when you ask.
- Sends the reminder to your Alexa if Amazon allows it for your setup. If not, you choose: reminders on your phone, or swap this superpower for another.
What it does not do
- It does not listen or take commands through Alexa. You talk to Rumi on your phone or Asus.
- It does not control other smart home devices or shop on Alexa.
- A reminder from Rumi needs the Asus to be on at that time.
What you need to provide
- Your affirmations and reminder times, and your Alexa login during setup.
11. App creation
Ready: last, as discussed, because it is the largest. The review of your current app starts once you have access.
What it does
- Sets Rumi up to write app code with you. You describe the app in plain words and Rumi builds it step by step.
- Builds Android test versions on your Windows PC, in rounds: you try each one, say what to change, and Rumi fixes it.
- We review what your US developer has built, once you have access, and advise you whether to continue from it or start fresh.
What it does not do
- iPhone versions need a Mac, which you provide when you want them. App store accounts and their fees are yours.
- Us building or finishing an app for you as a product, such as taking over your US developer's app, is separate work, quoted before it starts (agreement sections 2.4 and 6).
- An app holding patient health information has extra legal rules, such as HIPAA. Rumi does not make an app compliant. That is a question for your attorney.
What you need to provide
- What the app should do, its design if you have one, and access to the US developer's code for our review.
Part of the Brain itself (not counted)
- Tasks and projects: tell Rumi a task in plain words. It tracks the status, who it waits on and the next step, and brings back anything left waiting too long.
- Morning brief: at the times you gave us, short first, with full detail when you want it. Rumi needs a few minutes after the Asus is switched on.
- Research: for example upcoming longevity, wellness and aesthetic conferences with dates and prices, or hotels and travel. Rumi researches, you book and pay.
- Voice: speak to Rumi and get audio replies. Longer audio replies take a few minutes to prepare.
- Your phone: reach Rumi from your phone while the Asus is on, including sending photos, receipts and files.
- Drafting and memory: messages and documents in your voice, and a record of your decisions.
For later
- LinkedIn: not in this list. We can look at it later.
- Phone agent (after-hours calls, booking calls, lead intake): under review. We will confirm whether it fits within your 10. It would most likely use a third-party calling service, and anything involving patients needs a HIPAA-compliant provider.
- Automatic replies: later, for the chats you choose, only if you ask.
- Rumi around the clock with the Asus off: this needs the cloud setup, the optional phase 2 in our agreement (section 7).
How changes work
- Choose 10 of the 11 and send them in order. We build them in that order, bookkeeping first.
- You can change the order, or swap a superpower that has not been built yet. A built superpower counts toward your 10.
- Anything not on this sheet is outside your 10. It is quoted separately before any work starts, and we start only with your OK.
- If you ask Rumi for something outside its superpowers, it tells you to contact Hassan about it.
- A superpower waiting on an account, login or file from you starts as soon as it arrives.
- Nothing is sent without your approval, now or after any change.
